The junction in the cultural hub of the city is reimagined as a sustainable, traffic calming and a pedestrian safe round about which adheres to the principles of universal accessibility, gender equality and complete streets.

Reclaiming the spaces to create more people-centric junction as per the context while streamlining the vehicular movement and increasing the round about width for smooth traffic flow is the primary vision of the proposal.

Transforming the unutilized, inaccessible under flyover space into active cultural public realm for a variety of uses which could include kid’s play areas, multipurpose space for skating, dancing, yoga, aerobics, boxing, painting, clay modelling, mohalla clinic, library, indoor games, computer lab, etc.
