Creating a home for nearly 2000 families, the design of the Greens project ensures that each room in every apartment faces the green, and has ample natural light and ventilation. Each tower is designed to ensure naturally lit common areas on each floor, ensuring clear view lines.

The linear site plan has been carefully modulated to create different spaces within the project which cater to the recreational needs of different age-groups residents. The main focus is to take the cars straight into the basement parking, leaving maximum space on the ground floor clear. All the buildings are planned with a stilt - more to allow clear view-lines on the ground floor - to extend the view-lines to the green areas. The design focuses on the creation of a contiguous green experience of the landscape at the ground level.

The Greenaria - a commercial complex of the project is planned to take advantage of the main road facing frontage, ensures that while the shopping plaza functions from within the project, the public access is restricted to only from outside. This design allows the privacy and security of the residents to be maintained while having the comfort of having a vibrant shopping plaza as part of the project.

The Club Greens designed to house a banquet hall, banquet lawn, swimming pool, gymnasium, sports facilities, etc. which allow for the residents to catch up on their fitness and recreation, and also have parties to celebrate with friends.
