The Sector2 landscape master plan designed by Oasis Designs Inc. included the entire extended basement car parking facility, the club building, the entrance security gate structures, along with the regular landscape garden design.
The design of the basement green-roof incorporated special focus on the drainage of the 22-acre roof garden, and also the incorporation of basement level gardens with special light and ventilation courtyards.
The club was designed as an extension of the landscape plan and caters for nearly 15 different party locations for nearly 2000 families staying in this prestigious project. Planned as landscape pavilions overlooking the pool on one-side and planted greens on the other side, the entire basement level club building is very lit with natural light and landscape views. Similarly the basement car park has been treated as a landscape space with planted courtyards all over sits huge 22 acre spread–bring in much appreciated natural light and eliminating the power cost requirements of artificial lighting and ventilation systems.
