A project designed around a landscaped podium, all units and clusters are planned in a way that either they face the central landscape or the external peripheral roadside greens.

Different units have been combined in towers of varying heights. The club house for the tower is designed below one of the towers, which houses a big banquet/party room in addition to a gym, coffee shop, swimming pool, indoor games etc.

The project also boasts of a road-facing commercial block, which allows residents to buy daily requirements right from within the property. Proper security, parking, garbage disposal etc. have also been planned for the project.
